No bake mars bar cheesecake

The ultimate cheesecake - mars bars and salted caramel! No surprise that another of these recipes includes salted caramel... This cheesecake is super simple and the end result looks amazing.

To make this you will need;

  • 250g digestive biscuits
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 4 Mars Bars, chopped
  • 1 can of condensed caramel 
  • Sprinkle of salt

  1. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and use a rolling pin to crush until fine crumbs remain. 
  2. Melt the butter and mix through the biscuits and press firmly into the base of the prepared tin. 
  3. Whisk the cream until whipped and thick.
  4. Add the cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Add salt to the condensed caramel then add a couple of tablespoons to the mixture.
  6. Fold through the chopped Mars Bars. 
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread out evenly. 
  8. Place in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours to set (preferably overnight).
  9. Decorate with extra caramel sauce and the remaining chopped Mars Bars.
